Welcome!

My name is Andy Hafenbrack. I'm an Assistant Professor of Management & Organization at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington in Seattle. My research is primarily on mindfulness and cultural psychology. I am interested in when meditating at work could be helpful or harmful, as well as what the consequences are of multicultural experiences. A TED-like talk about my meditation research can be found here.
