The audio files of the mindfulness and mind-wandering induction recordings from Hafenbrack, Kinias, & Barsade (2014) can be found at the links below. These recordings were adapted from scripts by Arch & Craske (2006) and Kabat-Zinn (1990).
One thing to note is that there is some background noise in the mindfulness recording that some participants have found distracting. Here is another version of the mindfulness induction where I have muted the sections with the background noise, which may be more effective.
